Don’t forget that on Saturday, February 22, many of our vendors and farmers will be featuring the various meats they sell. Salami (your choice of turkey, beef or pork) at Sure Choice Produce, and lamb stew at Becky Landman’s table (you can also order your grass-fed chicken and GMO feed-free pork from her). Delicious Highland cattle beef sausage, with onion sage or honey garlic seasoning will be offered by Kim at Comolea Farms, as well as other delicious cuts such as steaks, stewing beef and ground beef. Lorne Brubacher sells frozen Muscovy duck and Barb Lee will surely be featuring a delicious soup with local meat, too. Hope to see you there!
